This October, I visited NYC. A few weeks later, I hopped on a plane up to Chicago. I took so few photos, but I thought these colorful ones might brighten up this dreary day.
In the process of creating this blog, I’ve been looking through a lot of photos. Below are some old travel photos I took while studying in Italy (Spring of 2009). This is when I really started to fall in love with photography. Not only is it fun to look back on old photos, looking at these really shows me how far I have come and reminds me there is always room to improve and refine my skills.
(Obviously, I have upgraded my camera since taking these, but there’s nothing like a good trip down memory lane)

This weekend, I took some family photos for my friends Lindsay and Joe. It was a chilly day, and the dogs made for some humorous outtakes, but they had some exciting news they wanted to share!
Welcome to the world Joey! Joseph Tucker Pearson was born on Thursday, August 14th (he’s just shy of a week old in these pictures). I have to say it was hard to narrow these down for the blog. He’s too adorable! Hope you enjoy. And congratulations to Sara and Austin on your little bundle of joy!
Last weekend I took a last minute trip to Clearwater, Florida. I have a good friend who works in Tampa, so she picked me up from the airport and we enjoyed a few days of excellent beach weather, pretty sunsets, and relaxation. Here are a few pictures I took on my phone.
Just snapped some pictures of the stunningly beautiful Sara and her husband, Austin. We cannot wait to meet the little babe. You glow girl!
Last week, I had a blast taking engagement photos for two of my good friends, Lauren and Brandon. We laughed a lot and I think that shows in their pictures. Here’s a sample of them. Enjoy!
These are way overdue! One balmy night last summer, I stopped by Sara’s parents house and snapped some pre-wedding photos in the garden. They got married in a beautiful ceremony a few weeks later.
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of taking some engagement photos for two of my close friends, Lindsay and Joe. We spent the first part of the day walking around Oakland, and finished up at PNC Park, home of the Pirates. Here is a little preview of our photo shoot. Enjoy!
